Hello, is there anyone here who booked a flight through a travel agency that was later canceled by the airline due to war, but the agency is refusing to issue a full refund even though the airline has confirmed that a full refund should be provided?

I’m looking for legal advice or anyone who has experienced something similar. What are my rights in this situation, and what steps can I take to resolve this?
