I have submitted my daughter’s FBR application and included her NEXUS card as her form of identification. She is 13, and we have recently applied for her Canadian passport, which has not yet arrived. Up until now, we have not needed a passport, as her NEXUS card has been sufficient for travel across the U.S. border.

I was advised that the NEXUS card would be acceptable for the FBR application. However, I am wondering if I should also provide a copy of her passport once it is issued. Has anyone had a similar experience or can offer guidance on whether this is necessary?
