My ~10 year old Surface Pro 5 finally gave in and now I‘m looking for a substitute for my remaining 3 years of university. I really liked the handyness of my Surface, but hated the detachable keyboard, so now I‘m looking into buying a used/refurbished Surface Laptop.
My budget is around 500-700€, could be a bit more if needed, so right now I‘m eyeing the Laptop 4 or Laptop 5.
I‘d love to have the platinum color, but all of those seem to have this alcantara-like keyboard-cover, which I haven‘t had good success with and would like to go without, if that is even available.
So now I‘m looking for recommendations, experiences with those, especially for uni and also help with these fabric-covers, are the 4 and 5 even available without those?
