This nbfc is asking for a letter from the builder to issue noc. The letter is to confirm proof of payment plus that the builder is requesting noc. I mean you have proof in your system and why do you want a letter from the builder at all??? I am the loan applicant. The nbfc did handover the property papers to the nbfc like 5 years ago. And so was the loan settled as well by the builder. But now they're denying me any service, one customer service guy said that we have some dues left, which is obviously a bait to collect more interest after the settlement. I don't know what to do
