Hey all! My wife and I are getting ready to move to Austin next month and we’ve narrowed down our apartment search to a few communities. In the south, we’re considering The Shiloh at Oak Hill or Carrington at Oak Hill. Has anyone lived at either of these and can speak to the experience? Reviews seem decent although Carrington is managed by NRP which I’ve heard mixed things about.

We’re also looking North as I plan to work in the area and we’re considering Presidium Waterford / Presidium Tech Ridge as well as Revolve ATX.

Of these listed which would you recommend and why? Our main concerns are safety and build quality. Thanks a bunch!!
