Sinus Node Dysfunction or Bradycardia in toddler?

I know this is very rare in little ones, would just like to see if anyone in this group has first hand experience. My 3 year old was born with Cor Triatriatum and ASD, both repaired at 3 months. She also has an ultra rare genetic disorder that one study showed to cause sick sinus syndrome. She has some bradycardia, but heart rate still rises normally with activity. I was told with kids a pacemaker implantation is determined by each child’s ability to compensate, so no set deciding factor, really. I wish I knew a bit more about how sinus node dysfunction progresses in little ones, and when you do see early bradycardia, how long does it take to progress?

Just joined the clurb! Newest owner of 1850 home, with the original section dating back to 1719 🥹

And the front columns were supposedly taken from another mansion in town in the early 1900s. Such a fascinating history here! Excited to bring some of the more classic decor and charm back into this place.
