Was interested if this was a good lease monthly payment. Trying to decide between a few 3 rows SUVs

Mazda quoted me on a $41385 MSRP discounted to 38,283 at 36 month with 12k down at 550 a month. Had a couple dealera get to this number within a couple dollars. Am I crazy to think this is too much?
