
I opened my stock account through JS, and for the last 40–50 days I have not been able to buy a single stock. Every time I try, the order gets rejected with the same error:
“REG Market – Participant_Business_Forbidden” (screenshot attached).
I have complained to JS multiple times, and their only response is:
“we’ve forwarded your issue, it’s NCCPL’s problem.”
It’s been over a month now and I'm still facing the same issue?
On the other side, NCCPL is completely unreachable. Calls are always busy, no proper response anywhere. What exactly is a customer supposed to do in this situation? I've mailed NCCPL multiple times, yet I've received no response there as well.
My account is basically useless, and no one is taking responsibility. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
If anyone here has faced this issue or knows how to get it resolved, please guide me. I’d really appreciate it.
