I recently have heard about workforce housing and that I may be eligible for it. Currently, I live with roommates but my lease is up in the next few months and was hoping to get a studio or 1 bed apartment.

Can someone explain how workforce housing works? I logged onto affordablehousingjc.com and looks like applications are closed for everything. I am not sure if I am looking in the right place. Would someone be able to help out with the process or any advice?
