Ran my first race (half marathon). 16 week training block with runna, 4 days a week of running. Originally had a sub 2 hour goal, then changed to sub 1hr45, then absolutely crushed my goal come race day. I just signed up for a full Marathon for November. I will be doing a 25 week training block. Is sub 3hr30mins in the cards??
