Wanted to ask your opinion/input.
About a month or two ago I was asked if I wanted a raise that would come with more responsibilities and I said yes.
Got the raise but have not yet started or been trained on the biggest aspect that came with the raise. My understanding is that this would free up time for my supervisor.
Should I follow up with my supervisor on this or leave it alone and wait until I am approached?
