Is working in tunisian tech companies always like this?

Hello guys, just seeking some advice here or maybe just venting w reddit felt like the best place since it’s anonymous, i got a backend developer internship lel pfe mte3i and honestly it wasn’t easy to get khater I’m already working part time fi domaine ekher, and this company doesn’t allow remote work but they still agreed to take me in which I genuinely appreciated a lot w I felt so grateful that I ended up never refusing any task they gave me I kept overworking myself even working on projects outside the scope of my internship w ma3andhomch barcha 9alouli eli i7ebouni nkamal nekhdem m3ahom after i graduate which was something I wanted from the beginning khater melloul fil entretien 9alouli bech nkamal m3ahom ken 3ejbethom khedmti but now after almost 3 months I’m exhausted w wallit mrakza kan 3la pfe mta3i w wallit the more I see how they treat employees the more I’m starting to doubt everything 9adeh men marra nasma3hom they ask them including me to continue working from home baad wa9t lkhedma w yotlbou menhom ye5dmou during weekends 9bal dima nasma3 s7abi complain about lkhedma fil privé wel estighlel and now I feel like I’m seeing it myself 9bal kont nkhamam I'll do anything w nesta7mal ay 7aja just to get into IT w gain real experience w 7atta les jours fériés maya3tiwech netfakar marra someone on the team got really sick and called to ask for a day off 9aloulou non lazmek tji w 7awal ija stuff like this honestly feels really toxic and unhealthy w the thing is I spent years studying and trying to reconvert into IT and now that I finally got the opportunity I wanted, I don’t even know if this is the kind of environment I want long term. Is it like this everywhere walla hedhi is just a bad company
