I'm turning an Intel NUC into my truenas box as I'm moving it off a poweredge R330.
I've got two 2.5Gbps USB NICs that work great for the 802.3ad LAG, and then am using an nvme m.2 sata adapater for the drives.
I want my full USB bandwidth for the NICs, so am looking to externally power my sata ssds (external as in non-usb directly plugged into the NUC itselfs).
Which of the two options would be better?
