My Dual-Mode button isn't working. I have two Gigabyte M27UP monitors; when I press the dual mode button on one, a warning message appears as it should, but on the other one, no warning appears and it doesn't switch modes. Has anyone else encountered this problem? How did you fix it? Is this a software issue or did I buy a defective unit?
