After I started somatic therapy, I started having the sensations of vibrations, buzzing, fluttering inside of my legs when I’m relaxed sometimes. I know it’s tension being released. However, I’ve had an ongoing buzzing in my left foot for 4 months that never stops. It buzzes for 4 seconds, stops for 4 seconds, and has continued on that rhythm ever since. No nerve pain, it doesn’t bother me, I’m just wondering if it’s common to experience prolonged buzzing like this.
