What games do you think will be seen as the Switch 2's 'system sellers'?

Pokopia is doing crazy numbers right now, and while I believe its slowing down a bit, I'm just not a Pokemon guy whatsoever, so for me personally its not a big draw. I loved my Switch 1, but after trying out MKW and DK Bananza on my brother's Switch 2 for a few hours apiece, neither were enough for me personally to consider picking up a Switch 2.

I'm a pretty basic Nintendo gamer, all things considered. I mostly play on PC, and I play on my Switch for 3D Mario, 3D Zelda, and Tetris 99. Bananza is clearly a great game, but it wasn't really scratching my itch for a new Mario game, and the camera made me feel pretty sick honestly. I know the big appeal of the Switch 2 right now is better performance, and while I care a lot about that, seeing BotW and TotK running at 60 fps was incredible, I can't personally justify picking up a whole new system for that. Just for me, I'm waiting for one of those.

I was thinking about all this, and I was just curious what the general Switch 2 community thinks will be the defining, "system selling" game for the Switch 2? I feel confidant saying that the game the Switch 1 will be most closely associated with is Breath of the Wild, followed closely by Odyssey and New Horizons. I wonder if you all think Nintendo's new approach this generation with focusing on less-well-known IPs will make one of those the defining "system seller" of the Switch 2, or if it'll just be whatever the next 3D Mario and 3D Zelda games are. I've been following the Switch 2 pretty closely, and there doesn't seem to be a consensus as to what it's "must have" games are right now. Would love to hear your thoughts!
