Hi someone with their first job, during the JO/contract signing I didn't much nego sa salary compensation, kase plano ko mag nego after nila ako i evaluate, is that bad decision na dapat ni nego ko na, or normal lang mag nego after probition period, during kase on job offer they said if I passed the evaluation I would sign another contract for full time position na may bind na na 1 year, its up to me kung dederetsyo pa ako, so I assume na dun na lang ako mag negotiate ng salary increase, is it normal po ba to do that?
