Just finished a mashlands run and the second dangerous glade had the event that turns into giant fishpond.

By the time it wrapped up I think I was on year 5-6 and had like 300-400 fish and 200 scales/algae and barely used any of it.

I feel like i would have been better off pulling the plug like halfway through.

Pretty new player. 3rd game on viceroy and have completed the first seal.

Edit: Thanks for the tips, everyone! Didn't think of putting more than one hut on the pond, and it seems like in most circumstances, just pull the resources when they are needed, or the count is at a point where you won't need more. So many nuances in this game, it's hard and complicated but I love it.
