Hi everyone, these are my current labs. I'm a 35 year old man who lifts weights 5 days per week. I've been lifting weights since I was 16. My E2 and SHBG are slightly higher than I would like them to be.
I should also add that I don't take TRT or any steroids for those who are wondering.
Lastly, some of my numbers are a bit high due to supplementation (I.e., Vitamin D, B12, etc.)
Also, I do get water retention in my lower legs and I have slight gyno/nipple sensation.
