Does anyone in here working warehouse in a GEO pick setting work one shift? What's it look like and how is it structured? My warehouse is talking about going to a single shift instead of two and im curious how all the different aspects of it works in other locations. Replen, Layer, chill, loading, etc. If anyone is familiar with it I'd love some insight.

What time do pickers and replen come in, what time do trucks come back, who loads, what time do supervisors work? Really wanting to understand this before it happens so I know how it will affect me in case I need to find an alternative.
