My FPS can't stay above 200 um valorant. I see some computers with worse configurations than mine but with better FPS than mine...

MB: PRO H610M-B DDR4

CPU: 12TH i3 12100F

RAM: 2X 8 GB 3200 MHZ (16gb)

GPU: AMD RX 6700 XT 12GB

Does anyone know what could be causing the FPS drops?

Even with the game all on low preset

Does anyone know how I can fix this on my motherboard? Every time I enter any of its menus, it shows this visual bug. I've already updated the BIOS, but it didn't solve the problem.
