Some additional information:

I’ve had this cartridge for a couple of months, but just got around to smoking it. This didn’t happen when I first smoked the cart, but only one or two days later.

I’ve tried heating it up with a hairdryer for ~7-8 minutes; however, only a very small amount trickled down near the first couple of minutes, then it completely stopped.

I’ve tried opening the top to release the air bubble, but it doesn’t seem to come off no matter how much I twist it, nor how hard I try to pull it off.
