What is this type of monitor, with the halo backlighting, called? Is the halo backlighting built into the monitor or are there mounts that have the halo/ring lighting built into the mounting arm?

I walked by an office the other day where they had two on these monitors with the halo/ring RGB lights running directly behind the monitor and I thought that it was pretty cool. The photo I've include is for reference only and not an image of the actually monitors that I saw.

Currently looking for a laid back lounge or bar where my wife and I can listen to some deep house music in the city. We've kind of out grown the club scene and so we're looking for somewhere that has a more chill/casual atmosphere where we can have few drinks, conversate, and still vibe to some house music.
