Context: themed collection missions from older sets give out Shinedust now instead of emblem tickets. If you retrieved the emblem tickets already, you can't claim the updated rewards and they distributed the emblems out to almost everyone without needing tickets.
New players can get the emblems much more reliably and can claim up to 125k shinedust from the changed rewards.
So it feels like we could have been rewarded for being a newer player and get the best of both worlds, but being an older player and supporting the game or interacting with it for longer feels like you missed out and your emblem tickets were useless as they are now just distributed after a certain point.
A lot of people are frustrated or bummed about this. Thinking things could be better on reddit without options for action just makes you feel bad.

Be polite, but firm that you feel like you missed out since the emblems were given out and the Themed Collection Missions now give out Shinedust instead of emblem tickets. If it applies to you, also mention that you support the game through periodic purchases or premium passes so they can see they stand to gain financially from customer loyalty too.
Solutions could include refreshing those missions so we can claim the rewards, or just distributing it to those that claimed them.
They did it for the trade system, QoL changes, and they just need to hear how much of the community feels about this!
Edit: Grammar changes and I'm going to submit a separate feedback saying I am grateful for the promo pack QoL change(you can open multiple at a time now) and the rest of the things they improved based on player feedback. I mention this to offset negativity they receive in case you want to show them appreciation too because the people on the team are human also.
