Hi guys, I am considering buying a used Mate XT - I think is the Chinese version as the guy is said that 5g is available. I assume i should be able to easily install googleplay on this Chinese version of the phone right?

Anyways since the phone no longer has any warranty, do you know the cost for replacing the screen and screen protectors?

other than the obvious things like scratches etc, anything else I should be looking for when buying this used?

So I am on the fence on the mate XT.

I was thinking of buying but saw a video a few days back where apparently the google play store under the micro g or whatever was used to "unlock" the phone isn't actually the latest version.

The video said that some apps NEED the latest version in order to run it.

Just wondering if you guys have this issue?

Also, is it easy enough to install google play store on Chinese version?

I am probably just going to get a used phone for now - anything I should be looking for?
