I love how everyone collectively knows that PTJ is gonna make James look good next chapter so they’re just maximizing the slander right now🤣

Everyone knows this pattern from PTJ already when it comes to characters and making them look bad but then good.

I’ve seen some outrageous stuff already

Just going all in on the slander until next chapter😭

How much damage do you guys think Daniel would’ve done here

I’m asking cause of how it was going to connect at the back of his neck.

This probably paralyzes most of the characters in the series.

So was Daniel deadass still ready to throw hands with Kitae after everything he saw?

Even after knowing his uncle got killed

That’s my goat bruh

Y’all are the ones at fault for placing your expectations for James so high. Don’t go blaming it on the author or say it’s bad writing.

There was no reason to be thinking that he’s some god of the verse, there was no reason to be thinking that he’s untouchable, there was no reason to be thinking that he can’t have reactions during fights or take damage during fights or have close fights with those outside of the so called “main four”.

James biggest narrative feats are what? That he killed an old Gapryong and that he ended the first gen? Alright then,

When it comes to killing Gapryong, we heard that he had help from Kitae and with Jinyeong’s statement so far, we also heard that there was help from Elite too. That he is no reason to put him at top 1 of the verse or think he’s some untouchable god.

When it comes to ending the first gen, take a look at who was apart of that first Gen and who he had defeated. Taesoo ma, Gongseop ji, Seokdu, members of the Busan gang. The strongest one he fought was a depressed Jichang. He didn’t fight Jaegyon, he didn’t fight Jinrang, he didn’t fight Changsu, all those who would destroy the ones he had already defeated.

Jaegyon who was even stronger than the one that James would’ve fought during the first gen was about to get one shot by a hwarang Paecheon, who gets called a bum btw. So when James fought against Jaegyon also shouldn’t be anything for him to have such high standards.

Oh but he was about to beat Seonji right??Where does Seonji stand in the current order of things in the series when it comes to major characters?

So his main on screen feats involve him either being assisted by those stronger than him at the time or against characters that don’t stand a chance against the current high tiers of the series.

Don't get me wrong, his feats aren’t necessarily bad but it’s nowhere near enough to be scaling him so high and making him seem untouchable.

Another feat he has is what? Mid diffing a Taesoo Ma who current Zack would give a hard fight. Oh he also got called ”the peak“ by HUDSON AHN don’t forget that either.

Majority of the other statements he has was him getting called a dog by Charles Choi, Daniel suppose being a rival to him or of him hyping his own self up. No way ya‘ll believed that statement of him saying TUI gun or ui big Daniel “MIGHT” have only caused the Cheonliang version of him trouble right?

Ya‘ll are even talking about how his iq got dumbed down. When was it stated that James was the smartest in the verse? The main argument I’m seeing from people is that he figured out Ui Daniel’s weakness. That’s something Changsu figured out without even fighting him btw. He’s also going against someone with way more experience than him.

Now look, this isn’t me saying that James is weak or that he won’t still end up beating Tom or anything like that

All I’m saying is that y’all had no reason to be thinking this highly of James to the point where you thought he’d low diff Tom. A guy who was in the fist gang btw and referred to as the fighting prodigy btw.

He‘s 100% still gonna beat Tom and is still a top tier(might still end up being top 1) but don’t call it bad writing when a guy who you had no reason to believe is untouchable is actually touchable(pause).

There was also no statements that said he was stronger than Kitae btw, the only thing that was there was that Kitae wasn’t inferior to him. That’s all that was there when it came to those two. So no reason to think one is above the other apart from going off of feats.

Some of the reactions that you guys are having are just uncalled for and unnecessary and is due to ya‘ll having your expectations way too high and underestimating Tom way too much and not having any damn patience.

I actually like James as a character by the way so this isn’t me hating on him😅

He knows how hard Kitae is to control as seen in Busan but yet still he sent him in the one area where Daniel was, who is the person he needs and says is essential to his plan and he also needs both bodies.

Why take such a stupid risk. The only reason why Daniel got saved and doesn’t have an axe in his skull right now was because of Yuseong, Eugene and Jinyeong and the unforeseen variable of Jinyeong awakening his path.

And before anyone says James didn’t know Daniel was gonna be there, we literally see the conversation between James and J knowing that Kitae and Daniel would have fought. Yeah he wanted someone to kill Jinyeong but you also knew Daniel was gonna be there and you still took such a dumb risk.

Did he seriously think Kitae was gonna listen and not try to kill him. Even Changsu who he thought he had on a leash now wants Daniel dead, which means even he is disobeying James.

I like his character but this whole thing was just a dumb move from him.

Unless there is this grand reason as to why he chose to go after Tom and not Jinyeong, I don’t see why he couldn’t have been the one to go after Jinyeong and Eugene. Guess he just didn’t want his image being ruined.

Not to mention the fact that all of them supposedly have god tier genetics with eight packs and shi

Eugene ain’t even a fighter😭

This dude genuinely enjoys and takes pleasure in ts and some want me to believe that he’s about to have some sad ass backstory like Yujae to justify his character.

There ain’t no justifying this😭

He could also be laughing though.

Isagi rediscovered what makes him play his best and the fact that Rin is also being excluded makes it highly likely that Rin is also gonna rediscover himself and go destroyer mode soon.
