I have had a JOURNEY with my order from Caratsky and I’m finally ready to write a full, detailed review.
This was not a simple, smooth order but honestly, that’s exactly why I feel confident reviewing him, because I saw how he handled problems start to finish.
⸻
🗓️Timeline
Jan 11
Reached out with a bunch of questions before ordering. Communication was already very responsive and helpful, which made me feel comfortable moving forward.
Ordered:
Pave baby move bracelet
Small love ring size 52
(Paid in full)
Jan 13
Ordered small pave love bracelet size 17(30% deposit)
Jan 14–15
Payment confirmed for both orders.
Jan 28
He reached out regarding the move bracelet details.
I had sent auth reference photos when ordering, and he specifically asked about:
Font accuracy
Letter spacing/details
This stood out because he wasn’t just copying blindly — he actually wanted to get it right.
⸻
Jan 30 – PSPs Received
Received PSPs for:
Small love ring
Baby move pave bracelet
What I noticed + requested:
The “M” on the move bracelet looked slightly crooked
The back of the tag was missing a small hole detail (present on auth where the front diamond sits)
I asked for:
More photos (angles, lighting)
Fixes to those two details
He was very receptive and didn’t push back.
⸻
Feb 4
→ Updated PSPs received
→ Fixes were made correctly
→ I GL’d the move bracelet
⸻
Feb 8 – PSPs for Small Pave Love Bracelet
Requested:
Additional angles
Close-ups of pave setting
Everything looked good. GL’d and paid remaining balance
Feb 10
Package shipped
Feb 12 – Delivered
Initial impressions:
Small love ring: beautiful, super sparkly
Move bracelet: very accurate and solid
Small pave love bracelet: ❌ arrived damaged
Damage details:
Hinge was damaged
Not sure if it happened during shipping or before
Immediately reached out with photos.
Feb 13
He responded quickly and told me to send it back for repair.
Key points:
They would reimburse shipping
Asked me to wait ~1 week due to CNY
Explained shipping process clearly and I felt comfortable enough to ship it back.
Mar 1–2
Bought return label (~$60 via Pirate Ship. I overestimated size/weight since it was my first time shipping internationally)
I confirmed address with him before sending since I was nervous 😭
Mar 6
Delivered to warehouse
Mar 23
He confirms receipt (delay due to warehouse forwarding)
Mar 26 – First Repair Attempt
He sent photos after repair.
I noticed:
Some areas still didn’t look fully fixed
I pointed them out and he agreed and said they would fix it again
No defensiveness, which I appreciated.
⸻
Sizing Issue + Remake Decision
Mar 31
This is where things got more complicated (separate saga 😭):
I received a small love from MC and realized:
It didn’t stack with my classic love
Due to hinge vs screw differences → sizing mismatch
This made me double-check EVERYTHING. 100% my fault for not doing this in the beginning.
I asked Caratsky to confirm:
Size 17 = 56 x 46 mm
⸻
Apr 2
He sent:
Caliper measurements
Photos of bracelet
BUT:
Bracelet still had plastic wrap on so the measurements were slightly off
I asked for measurements without plastic
⸻
Apr 3
New measurements:
56.8 x 46.7 mm
This is closer to a 17.5, not a 17.
To his credit:
He immediately asked if I wanted a remake
I chose remake (even though it meant more waiting)
Apr 28
I followed up
He told me:
Second bracelet was ALSO wrong size
They were making a third one
This could’ve been frustrating, but I actually appreciated the honesty instead of him sending more pictures and trying to pass it off as “close enough”
⸻
Apr 29 – Final Version
He sent:
Photos
Measurements (slightly under 56 x 46, but still wrapped in plastic)
Video comparing old vs new bracelet sizes
Everything finally looked correct.
I GL’d
⸻
Apr 30

May 4

⸻
💰 Pricing

Small pave love bracelet: $3000

⸻
✨ Quality
Honestly — very impressed.
Good weight (feels like real gold, not hollow/light)
Color looks accurate (not too yellow or off-tone)
Pave is neat and consistent
Diamonds on the ring are especially sparkly
No complaints here.
⸻
🎯 Accuracy
While I haven’t seen auth in person, here’s what stood out:
He is VERY open to feedback
Will adjust based on reference photos
Fixes are actually implemented (not just promised)
Specific examples:
Crooked “M” → corrected
Missing back detail → added
Bracelet sizing → remade multiple times
Also worth noting:
Other buyers have helped refine his small and classic pave love bracelet designs, so his current versions are among the more accurate ones available.
⸻
💬 Seller Communication
This is where Caratsky really stands out.
Fast replies
Clear explanations
Patient (even when I asked for multiple changes)
Never dismissive
Willing to remake — not just “fix and ship”
Most importantly:
👉 He takes responsibility when things go wrong
That matters WAY more than a perfect first attempt.
⸻
🧠 Final Thoughts
This was not a perfect transaction.
There were:
Damage issues
Repair delays
Multiple remakes
BUT — this is exactly why I trust him more now.
A lot of sellers are great until something goes wrong.
Caratsky proved he’s reliable when things go wrong, which is what actually matters.
Yes, his prices are a bit higher (due to rising gold prices, etc.), but:
👉 You’re paying for peace of mind and service
And after this whole experience, I think it’s worth it.

BONUS: last picture at the end is of the pear tennis bracelet I just got from fiorese today! It is so sparkly I just wanted to share💎
Disclaimer: I receive 5% insurance back for posting a review — but I genuinely would have written this anyway.
