I am looking to restore a silver cigarette holder, currently used as a wallet. It needs a new hinge, maybe a new clasp, and some light staining/rust polished off. Does anyone know a good place to start? I've called some jewlery stores around here and they don't seem to do this sort of thing. Thanks!
