I am based in the UK but travelling to China for work soon.

Here I was on MJ for a year in 2024, but since stopped and regained 10% of the weight I lost. It continues to creep up and I can’t bear it, but the costs of pens have become astronomical.

I tried moving to Wegovy between December-February but it had no effect on me.

So I am wondering if it’s possible to buy legit MJ in China through a pharmacy/hospital?
