Is joining DECA as a senior realistic.

So I wasn’t able to do deca my freshmen- junior year bc I had to take care of my grandma and I literally couldn’t afford to be gone for a day and be at competitions while my parents worked. But she is now living with my aunt and I am now open to do DECA my senior year, but will I be out of place of super behind, all my friends who do deca have been doing it since freshmen year. I have taken some Buisness classes, including buisness essentials, personal finance, and honors accounting, but no competition experience at all. I’m mostly nervous about doing roleplay

So I have a 31 ACT right now after my 2nd attempt in April, but I am most likely just going to go to KU and they don’t even offer scholarship for ACT score only gpa. So is there really any benefit for striving for like a 33 or 34.

So I am in AP precalc, Lang, physics 1, psych, and U.S. history. However I am really not confident in physics I am very certain that I will get a 2 or 1.

However is it better to try to spend a lot of time trying to salvage that score in physics to a 3 or is it better to focus on all my other AP’s where I am much more confident and secure 5s or 4s.
