My coworker and I keep being handed printed materials by our manager/supervisor with grease stains on them - it's happened four times this week alone and follows an instance where they spilled something on a large pile of finished work and acted oblivious to the situation; we reprinted the work. We've tried a couple times now to ask indirectly if these things need to be reprinted and get met with blank stares, after which we always re-do the work because these are public-facing materials and we don't want to share them with grease stains. We truly don't know what the kindest (or maybe just least-awkward) way is to ask her to please stop leaving grease stains on these materials. Any advice?
