The main reason I'm asking is just for a second opinion, as I'm gonna wear them either way and try to style them as gyaru as best I can. I'm also wondering just because I noticed that a lot of the popular 2000s western formal dress seemed like they could be gal and there's a bunch on second hand websites like depop or vinted (especially depop). Thoughts?
