I was going to place an order and noticed I couldn’t choose my salad; I thought this was a grubhub glitch so I called the store and they said it’s just a regular Caesar salad. When did Panera do this? I can‘t imagine this decision went over well with other customers. I feel like this happened relatively recently.

Any info as to when this happened would be appreciated. Thank you.
