Happy week two of shred!

So I’m already just wanting to project what other announcements Ladder has so here’s mine and I wanna see if this makes sense or if I’m just living a pipe dream🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I believe Ladder is gonna announce a new coach, but I also don’t think it’s gonna be one coach. I think they’re gonna be two and they’re going to announce both coaches the last two weeks of shred so that we’re all able to try these teams out during summer, which would actually be super smart because at that point none of these coaches are locked in to their initial training and if there’s any hiccups with the initial launch, it won’t be so drastic if they had to change it cause it’s during the summer series.

Ideally, they probably should hire during that time that would make more sense. Yeah I feel like I might just be being hopeful, but I would genuinely love another coach that has barbell and machines only. Because right now if you look at the whole Ladder set of coaches, it is heavily dumbbell only or minimal equipment where there is becoming more people on the other side of the spectrum that go to the gym that actually want to spend time in the gym and we would genuinely love some additional options

Happy week one of shred!!!!!! we did it guys!!!

OK, so hear my initial thoughts. I am genuinely loving how across ladder there are nutrition topics and I believe each team is doing their own variation. I know on the team I’m on my coach will be doing a weekly like topic where she discusses with us as well as doing an ask me anything once a week which I think is phenomenal.

Like yes I know everybody was in kind of an uproar over the “announcement” thing . But I wish as much as they were pushing that they were pushing how they’re actually coaching us because that’s what makes ladder that true gem that it is.

I felt like I learned or was re-introduced to principles of nutrition and fueling a whole lot better than in previous series this probably has to do with the topic being covered across all platforms on my particular team, but I am thoroughly impressed with Ladder and my coach.

And can we talk about how engaging everyone is right now? It’s really good. I hope it stays consistent over the series.

Now my team selection this time was versa. Which I will absolutely admit I thought I was absolutely gonna hate it and I was gonna run back to what I knew, but her programming is extremely intelligent and I’m excited to see how this series plays out it’s going to be fun.

The way Coach Abbie balances fatigue balances all of that for you in her overall programming, to the point you just literally have to show up and do any of the workouts in any order. This is absolutely a game changer for me, taking my brain out of any of this is amazing so I’m just super impressed this week with Ladder.

I have been a user for over a year now and it feels like pure elevation of the brand and the coaching. And honestly I’m here for all of it!
