Good day everyone. My driving license is expiring soon and I am currently living in West Virginia. I cannot renew my license with my receipts or PF according to state law.

I dont know if there is any other thing I can do to help my situation. Pennsylvania which is a border state does but I don't have anyone there.

Please I will appreciate any advice.
