Hello, I got hired as a part of TGN in January with AHS as a new RN. I’m thinking of applying to other specialties as I’m not the biggest fan of my current one but I’ve had 3 months of buddy shift and have only been independent for 2 weeks. Is it too early should I wait another few months?

I’m also on an unpaid leave for a month in August to travel which my manager was kind enough to approve.

I’m not sure if I should wait until after I come back or if I should apply now and my new manager will possibly accommodate my month off
