Hi everyone, story behind this is that I bought a trailer for an aluminum boat I picked up, but I had to take the boat with it. I was going to trash it, but honestly I kinda like the thing so depending on how bad it is, I wanted to fix this up. I think I have to replace the deck but that’s a different issue for me to deal with later

How should I go about fixing this? The old owner’s dad said it happened after his grandsons hit the dock with it. I was thinking the Bondo fiberglass kit but if there’s something else that should be done please let me know. I know nothing about boats either so if it’s not worth my time, please let me know! I’m gonna add the other pictures from the listing of the deck/steering column if you guys can help me decide if this is worth the time
