Need vocal help

so my false cords have always been full of air and damaging and my fry screams make my neck lock into one place looking down and my throat tightens so much where after a few minutes i can hear the distortion stop and become less due to the wrong way I’m using my vocals, can anyone help?

vocals ain’t working

So I’ve been doing vocals for about 3 or 4 years and i never seem to get them right, when i do fry screams my head locks into one place looking down and my throat tightens otherwise i can’t do them,my false cords only work when there is too much air but that hurts so i barely do them, i can’t do any of those without pressure on my vocal chords, how can i fix this?
