Hey everyone,
I’m preparing to submit my CEC application and ran into a situation with my foreign work experience.
Back in my home country, I was officially employed and paid by Company A, but I was outsourced to Company B. My day-to-day work, supervisor, schedule, and vacation were all managed by Company B.
Now the issue is:
- Company A no longer exists, so I can’t get an employment letter from them or any pay stub.
- My bank account where I was getting paid, was closed due to inactivity and cannot retrieve any statements from it.
- Company B is now working with a different outsourcing company.
For supporting documents I currently have:
- My former boss from Company B provided me with an employment letter that meets IRCC requirements (duties, hours, salary, etc.).
- My tax records show I was paid during that period (under Company A).
- My pension plan/work history also shows contributions from Company A during that period of time.
Given this situation, does anyone have suggestions on what additional documents I could include to strengthen my application?
Thanks in advance!
