Im 25 years old and 5 years ago when i was 20 the doctor wanted me to do a colonoscopy for chronic IBS, hemmys, and bleeding

I was terrified to do it and just never did, and also didnt care about living at the time

Now ive been reading so much reddit and am freaking out about how much blood water comes out and blood in my stool sometimes

Ive never lost too much weight, actually have gained, snd most of my diet is fast food for years

Now im tempted to actually do the colonoscopy because for the first time in years, I have something to live for and dont want to die

Not too much info here, but after 3 months of being on tirz, now on 5mg

Took 1mg last night

I totally forgot today that I had taken it last night, so no placebo effect here, but I emptied my bowels when I woke up which hasn't happened in a while, and I have more pep in my step

I thought id have to get to like 4mg+ but is this a higher metabolism or something?

Id appreciate any info
