According to BBC:

World Snooker ruled out making changes around re-racks - when a frame is restarted because of a stalemate - and said it felt that "the rule was applied correctly" by the referee.

I'm not sure about this as he lost control over the room and had to endure heated discussion with Mark Allen.

The Crucible-crowd shouting "Wuuu" sounds like the noise German crowds make if we don't like something ("Buh!"). That's very confusing when a German hears it for the first time.
