Bat wala sila sa list ng inquirer? Are they allowed/reqd to vote?

Kasi kung playing safe lang tong mga to, people should open their eyes and wag nang iluklok tong mga to. Well, hindi lang naman ito ang basis pero i consider this as isang factor sa next election. Pass sa mga self serving na kandidato!!!
