Hi, been roofing 10 years in texas. Ive got some side work with a house flipper. Im going to replace much of this framing on this non load bearing exterior wall as it has significant termite damage.

Im a roofer not a framer. So I can cut, copy and paste just fine but I wanted to make sure the work was done right to begin with. Anything off with thw framing?

Looks like it might need some cripples at top of window and the bottom plates dont look like pressure treated but idk.
