I’m new to FBA, and had a couple of products selling steadily on Amazon. Unfortunately, the storage fees and other fees spiked massively, to a point where I’d be losing quite a bit of money if I kept them at the Amazon warehouses. Stupidly, without looking into it I just created a removal order for all my remaining stock (around 1000 small units) with the plan of sending stock back in small amounts to reduce fees. After the products have now come back to me over many many deliveries I’ve now been slapped with a charge of over £1000 on my account. I feel I’ve been back into a corner where I’m forced to lose considerable amounts of money, and I was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar, and if I can appeal this at all? Thank you.
