Career progression in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment without being involved with the recruitment process itself?
Hello everyone, I am currently a TA Specialist in a company in the Philippines, but I would like to change my path somehow because I am tired of doing the outreach to candidates already.
Can you advice me some possible roles I can apply to that maybe still involved with recruitment process but I am not the one processing applicants already? Like is there a way to be working on the background instead?
