Is my 5080 working at mid power range?

I don’t know what I don’t know. PC specs : Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, DDR5 32G, RTX 5080 Asus prime, 850w PSU. ROG G700 prebuilt.

I’m new to gaming PC’s, thank you in advance for any help. I just installed my wire pro view 2. I ran the Furmark test after installing it. I’ve seen that most peoples pins Averaging about 9.5 Amps while running this test while mine range between 5.0-4.6amps as shown. Is my GPU set up incorrectly? The bios switch is set to performance. I haven’t messed with any of the settings on my GPU. Also I couldn’t get the fan to run on the wirepro. I did update the firmware. I assume it’s because the connector isn’t hot? Should the fan be running all the time?
