As the title says. Is it just as safe to pay on card as taking a finance deal or some people say use a credit card to part pay for a car. Obviously im not gonna rock up with 20k in cash, and dont feel id have much protection legally if the car goes wrong paying cash.

By safe im meaning legally protected if there's any issues, last car I bought was a finance deal and I find myself in a fortunate position to buy my next one outright for around the 20k mark
