Hi everyone,

I have 2 years of Big 4 FDD experience at a Southeast MCOL and am looking for a company change to increase my overall compensation. I’ve recently met with recruiters at A&M for their TAG practice, and I’d like to get a good sense of what to expect before going further in the recruitment cycle.

I’m curious if anyone has insight on what the typical associate / senior associate makes in base + bonus first few years? I understand the formulaic approach of capture % x billable rates but unsure how this translates in practice.
