Hey, some opinions plz? 1 or 2?
Hey, I heard she doesn't care much about speed, but it can still matter. Cd is def the priority though. Fribbels say HP boots give a higher DPS score, but is that actually legit? Maybe - HP is better for susless runs, but what’s generally the best pick for a base build untill I craft the better one?
Also, which piece should I prior replacing? Should I keep crafting boots or go for the rope? With a cr overcap, I feel like it can be even worse than HP boots.
UPD: Or maybe I can just reroll the rope with effect res block? Is is better than crafting the new one with cd?
