Hi there, just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences to me. This pic is from a few years ago. I am absolutely certain it was not bed bugs/fleas or mosquitoes. This was middle of winter and I was watching them appear on my skin while I was indoors resting. They were incredibly itchy! They were on my arms, legs and torso. They even had some pus and then would heal crusty. A strong steroid cream is what helped in the end.

For last few years I have had a myriad of different issues that come and go such as:
Itchy skin and rashes/bumps
Nausea and some vomiting
Headaches
Dizziness upon standing
Abdominal pain and cramping
Diarrhoea
Wheezing/Asthma/ Air hunger
Heart palpitations
Nasal congestion/ sinus infections
Fatigue

After much research, I’ve come to the conclusion it could be MCAS. I also have lot of other diagnoses too such as: IBS, Lactose Malabsorption, Endometriosis, ADHD/Cptsd, asthma, recurrent sinus infections, dermatitis.

I am currently on a medication trial of Montelukast (yes I am aware of the potential side effects) as well as taking Omeprazole for a recent stomach issues (upper abdominal pain) and also have started taking loratadine daily.

My question is, does all of this sounds like MCAS? Does anyone have any similar experience or recommendations for meds to try or holistic stuff, I’m open to anything really!

Thanks in advance :)
